Today, wines are a product of technology, artificially designed and manufactured. They are standardized according to a technical criteria, defined by a bunch of “experts” and thus, the result is that they all taste the same.
So in our search for that lost taste, we went back to the old ways, creating wines that are less technically perfect, but with an extraordinary character and aroma. They are like Vivaldi’s Four Seasons in one sip…

We are a boutique winemaker, that produces 100% natural raw wine, without modern technology or manipulation, from locally gowned organic or biodynamic grapes. We let our wine fermentation process take its course with minimal human intervention and equipment, much like our ancestors for thousands of years. We’re making wines that we love to drink ourselves, wines that are far removed from today’s main stream industrial culture. Our wines are light, elegant and playful, a joy to drink… They are actually probiotic drinks, that are not sterilized and killed. We specialize in Pinot Noir (rose and light red), Merlot (rose), light aromatic off dry Muscat among few others.
